Al Anderson is our Founder, lifelong athlete, public servant, and storyteller. HIs journey began on the field and in the firehouse, serving as a volunteer firefighter, 911 dispatcher, and police officer for over 20 years. After an injury shifted his path, he turned his passion for leadership and service into entrepreneurship—building a media business that creates opportunities and gives back his community. Now, as a husband, father, and Little League coach, he is dedicated to capturing moments, telling stories, and making an impact.

Aly is our talented Creative Director and Lead Photographer, with a BFA from the University of the Arts. Originally from South Jersey, she now calls Ardmore, PA home. Born and raised in South Jersey, Jenna loves spending time with her Frenchie, Cooper, discovering new food spots, playing pickleball, and watching movies. Rival Sports Media by Philly Photo & Philm is a locally owned and operated Small Business Enterprise (SBE) based in Washington Township (Gloucester County), New Jersey. Al Anderson, our founder and a South Jersey native, has a profound passion and dedication to his craft and our local community. We are a proud member of the Washington Township, Gloucester County, and Southern New Jersey Chambers of Commerce.
Our sister brand, Philly Photo & Philm, has been a leader and premier provider of innovative photography and videography for events and marketing since 2012. In 2021, we began providing media services to sports organizations and educational institutions. As we expanded our experience in the school and sports realm, Rival Sports Media came to be!
Our mission is to capture the passion and excitement of school and sports events in Southern New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area through exceptional photography, video production, live streaming, and graphic design.
